Shipping Information

We strive to deliver your FADAURA gear as quickly as possible.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery within Pakistan takes 3-5 business days.
Delivery Charges: We charge a flat rate for delivery across Pakistan. Free shipping may be available during promotional periods.
Payment Methods: We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

7-Day Policy: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Process: To initiate a return, please fill out the form on our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer for COD orders) once we receive and inspect the returned items.
Exchange: If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
